RETURNS & FEES

All sales are final, we offer an exchange policy.

You have 24 hours to cancel your order after it has been placed. Please contact info@kairoswear.co to process this.

We only offer returns if a product is faulty. On the occasion of a return & a replacement is sent out. If there is an issue with sizing you can exchange it for a larger or smaller size.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@kairoswear.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

We don't cover any return shipping fees, or any additional fees the parcel incurs during the return.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your item for a different item/size, please make a new order for your desired item(s), and request a return for your current item(s) via email to info@kairoswear.co including your order number within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item(s). 

PRE-ORDERS
Once orders have been placed, items/sizes cannot be amended or cancelled. These items are non refundable as items have been specifically made to order. Should you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping, you are eligible to exchange for a different item(s) only.

SALE
Please note All Sale Items are final and are non-refundable. Please refer to the size guides and item measurements provided on the product page to ensure that your item fits correctly.
