RETURNS & FEES
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn/unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached and in its original packaging. There must be no stains, hairs or odours. If you would like to request a return for your item(s) please send an email to info@kairoswear.co including your name, order number, reason for return and images of the item, within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item(s). Postage fees will not be refunded. We are also not responsible for customs fees on returns.

 

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not currently accepted. If you would like to exchange your item for a different item/size, please make a new order for your desired item(s), and request a return for your current item(s) via email to info@kairoswear.co including your order number within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item(s). 

PRE-ORDERS
Once orders have been placed, items/sizes cannot be amended or cancelled. These items are non refundable as items have been specifically made to order. Should you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping, you are eligible to exchange for a different item(s) only.

SALE
Please note All Sale Items are final and are non-refundable. Please refer to the size guides and item measurements provided on the product page to ensure that your item fits correctly.
