International orders are shipped via DHL, with delivery times varying by destination. While we strive to minimise duties on our products, international buyers are responsible for any additional duties incurred. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply. If a parcel is returned due to customs requirements not being met, any additional costs related to the return or re-delivery may be the customer’s responsibility..

We are based in London, UK, and are always happy to arrange collections or assist you wherever possible. If you require express delivery, we can arrange this for both UK and international orders, provided you are happy to cover the additional shipping costs. We are also happy to organise courier deliveries within London.
